Holiday Energizing Protein Bites

These no-bake energy bites are a perfect grab-and-go snack to keep you powered through holiday shopping, decorating, or simply enjoying time with family. They combine protein, fiber, and healthy fats for a balanced energy boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • ½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Primal Complete Lean Protein (chocolate or vanilla flavor)
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (or mini dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for added fiber)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, honey, and Primal Complete Lean Protein. Mix well until the ingredients form a sticky dough.
  2. Fold in the dark chocolate chips or cranberries and chia seeds if using.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
